With over 2+ decades executive experience in post-sales, high-value, B2B Software/SaaS solutions, Mark brings an immense background of skills and experience to help SaaS companies of all sizes enhance their Customer Success capabilities.   For the last decade, his focus has been in venture funded Silicon Valley SaaS companies of all sizes and industries.   Additionally, he has implemented Customer Success platforms from 3 different vendors, and has been a thought leader in the CS community serving as the Co-Chair of the Customer Success Governance counsel and a member of the Customer Success Standards committee.

Mark Pecoraro has held a variety of executive roles in enterprise SaaS organizations including, SuccessFactors, CommerceOne, Conviva, Appcelerator, SOASTA, WhiteHat Security and Accept Software.  He also has served on a few Board of Advisors for Customer Success automation companies, and is a member of the Standards committee for The Customer Success Association.  Mark earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
